From my Garden to the Kitchen Garden Veggies

We love this time in July our Cherry Tomato Harvest and that's not the only harvest we found in our Garden.

Zucchini very large, Lots of Yellow Squash, Japanese eggplants and our Husky Cherry Tomatoes.
Boy of Boy Mom has been eating the red ones all day long, but that's okay we have Tons more to pick and I was the first to eat the ripe one a few days ago. Mom also harvest her curly parsley she sun dried them for a few days and when they were totally dried she put them into the blender under chop and put them into a parsley container. Mom also hatches Praying Mantis they are Beneficial Bugs and she re lease's them into the Garden this year she had 15 egg cases. She puts each case into a brown lunch bag with a paper clip place them on the window ledge to get the sun until they hatch. (don't want them to invade in the house you know) Then she releases them into the garden they are so cool and stay in the area where they are released. My guess they did a great job to protect our Garden we are getting a great harvest so far. Mom is going to grill the Veggies and also make homemade veggie soup.
So here we go From the Garden to the Kitchen
Be Creative
Enjoy
