I chopped romaine lettuce.
Added
Cherry Tomatoes from my garden.
Sliced yellow squash from my garden.
Sliced green pepper from my garden.
Diced cheddar cheese a little for flavor.
One marinated garlic clove.
One marinated mushroom.
Sprinkled a few green olives.
Sprinkled a few chick peas.
2 pieces of string beans and snow peas. (from my green jade Chinese food)
You can add more or delete whatever you like.
Add your favorite dressing.
